HTML tidied to W3C standards

I need some html tidied up on two template pages for my asp cart system to get it as close to W3C standards as an asp dynamic system will allow. If you have experience in asp, css and html with particular skills in relation to W3C standards then please bid on this project. My sites product description pages are dynamically displayed from two template pages one being the header and footer and the other being the body text layout. This will be a very small job as all it involves is the tidying up of the html code for 2 html template pages but these pages are used in an asp cart and the layout is dictated by css so you would need to know both of these so the page appearance is not affected by any html changes. If you have done this type of work on asp carts before please pm me any examples. Thanks
