.NET SOAP configuation to local server MS DATABASE

I have a website that has a shopping cart and when a customer makes a purchase everything is on the SHOPPING CART- works perfect. GOAL: Customer on SHOPPING CART need to MERGE with my MS database on my local server. I would like to integrate "EXISTING" customers that are in my shopping cart and any NEW customers that make a purchase or register on my website. BOTTOMLINE: I Need to CONFIGURE the SHOPPING CART to MERGE with my current "MS database" in my local server INSTANTLY when a purchase is made (real time). REPEAT: When a customer makes a purchase, all customer information FIELDS from the shopping cart will be INSTANTLY sent to the MS DATABASE. SHOPPING CART FEILDS and DATABSE FEILDS: Fields that need to merge with MS database are as follows: Order #, Order Date, Customer Bill to, Customer Ship to, Customer Phone Number, Quantity ordered, Code/SKU or part number, Product Name, Product Description, Unit Price, Total Price, Sub Total, Sales Tax,Shipping/Handling and Grand Total API CERTIFICATE: has been purchased. TECHNICAL DETAILS FOR PRESSERO SOFTWARE FUNCTIONS: Must create create XML application services to interface with SOAP based Web Service API access as provisioned by [login to view URL] for their Pressero e-commerce program. These applications will get order details and capture needed records; export data to our server; link data to our MS Access reporting database to generate packing slips/invoices.
