Import contacts from MSN to website

Dear reader. I am looking for a function, that will make it possible on a website to push a button "Import my MSN contacts" - that somehow will get all the contact e-mail adresses from the users MSN, and them store them into a database, so the user can invite all his/her friends by mailing them all from the website, after the import ... Possible anyone ? Best regards, Lars
