Portrait painting in oils

I am a portrait artist. The bid is for 16 x 20 stretched canvas. Price does not include framing or shipping. Shipping FOB Akron, Ohio, United States. The price is actually $250.00 which can be billed through PayPal instead of this site. I placed the bid for the lower amount to avoid the higher fees. They take a percentage of the bid right off the top. $40.00 billed through Freelancer and the balance due, $210.00 by PayPal. If this price is acceptable and you agree to these terms I will be happy to provide you with a portrait comparable to those displayed in my portfolio. I reserve the right to rescind or modify this bid upon review of the details of the work involved. A head shot with a plain background is standard.
