AI Game In Prolog

Need a prolog programmer to write a program that solves a game with dots a 2Dimensional Grid and include a report explaining on how the problem was solved. Must be an experienced programmer in Prolog as the task must be completed with 2-3 days from now. The game is a static 7 by 7 grid that places dots on the grid according to how many the programmer wants to put (the total numbers of dots for the rows has to equal the total number for that of columns). I have some sample code as well so task should not take long for a skilled Prolog user.
