Ghostwriter needed for a business management book

The book is going to be around around 55,000 words, spread over 8 to 10 chapters written in easy English, spread over 3 milestones. Focusing on innovation and employee empowerment with some focus on performance improvement aspects of management and administration. The actual topic, outline and thesis will be provided to the successful candidate. Notes, feedback, and information to the successful candidate will be provided for guidance. The successful candidate will have prior experience in ghostwriting, excellent command in English writing, and have the ability to collect information through exchange of emails, notes, and online. Business Background is a strong plus. Please note that this project has very limited budget and adherence to cost is very important. ----------------------------- IMPORTANT NOTE: ----------------------------- 1. I reserve the right to cancel the project if the work is not being done in a satisfactory manner, or their is no communication from the freelance for more than 2 days without penalty or claim or due. 2. There will be no partial payment. All work must be complete and accepted to be considered complete. 3. Deliverable will be considered complete once it has been reviewed by the client and no changes are requested. 4. All deliverable must meet the minimum quality criteria stated in the proposal and correspondence during the selection phase 5. Service Provider agrees that upon receipt of payment from Buyer, any and all Work Product will be the sole and exclusive property of Buyer. 6. All work must be genuine and original and free from plagiarism. 7. All matters pertaining to this project will be kept confidential and will not be shared or referenced on any website or on freelancer. 8. Work in bad English and poor grammar will be immediately rejected and the project will be cancelled without payment.
