Environment control

I am looking for someone to build an environment control system to monitor temperature, humidity and CO2. I need to be able to monitor and control the system by mobile with notification and alert based on set points. The preferred method is with Arduino. I am also open to other solution such as Raspberry pi. Environment control system Ambient temperature Cool/Heat, monitoring temperature 24/7 with the different set point in day and night. The controller set to maintain the temperature at all time with the desired set point. An adjustable delay is need to heat when it falls in day, and same adjustment to cool when it falls in night. Water temperature, monitoring temperature. All the reading should be logged and available as either graph or should be available to export. Humidifier, in case relative humidity falls below the set point this device should be activated. When Humidifier is on, Dehumidifier should be off. Dehumidifier, in case relative humidity falls above the set point this device should be activated. When Dehumidifier is on, Humidifier should be off. CO2, in case CO2 falls below the set point this device should be activated. A fuzzy logic should be integrated in this unit. Exhaust, this unit is activated as follow: - Set schedule - Set specific time - On when CO2 level is above the set point While Exhaust is on, any of the other devices except Heat/Cool should not run Light, schedule to turn on and off the light for any number of the hours and being able to dim the lights. Option to dim the lights at desired percentage of the total wattage if the temperature is above the warning set point. Option to turn off the lights if the temperature is above the critical set point. Dozer, in case of PH level falls below the set point this device should be activated. A logic to have the number of on and of hours should be added to this device. Note: All the reading should be logged and available as either graph or should be available to export. An adjustable dead band is needed for Temperature, Humidity and CO2. All the devices should be able to run by override. Sensors: - Air temperature o Two units o 3 and 6 meters away from controller - Water temperature o One unit o 6 meters away from controller - Relative humidity o Two units o 3 and 6 meters away from controller - Light o One unit o 3 or 6 meters away from controller - CO2 o One unit o 3 and 6 meter away from controller - PH o One unit o 3 meter away from controller Devices: - Cool/Heat o Dry contact. Fan, compressor, heat/cool switch - Humidifier o Dry contact. Relay - Dehumidifier o Dry contact, Fan, compressor - Exhaust o Relay, 120/240 volts - CO2 injection o Relay, 120/240 volts - Light o On and off switch with dimmable capability o Output should be either digital or analog with 0-10 volt or 4-20 ma - Dozer o A 12 volts output to activate a liquid pomp
