Script to find values and calculate payroll

in Numbers i need a script to search each employees data and subtotal for 2 pay rates depending on certain words in each line as long as the pay column is not 0.
Then on a new tab but same worksheet, list the name, total for each employee and grand total for all employees.
Basically, if the dollar column is not 0, check for certain words to add to either 'admin' or 'teaching' subtotals. list the subtotals at the end of each employee by adding 2 rows. Then add subtotals on a new tab for totals and grand total.
