Dating App Development and Admin Panel

I need an iPhone and Android app. I would like it designed and built with many of the Tinder like features as well as an Admin portal. There will be an additional match preference filter along with needing proximity radius.
Delivery should be the app in Freemium form with payment for the upgrade listed in the mockup. Monitized within swiping PPC PPV. An admin portal will be expected. Hosting you can advise me where it should be hosted and I can sign up with the required provider. This is for Android and iOS but one can be done at a time depending on which one you expect to be ready for market first. I would need to know what after market support you will provide to and your price now seeing mock.
