I’m after a technical business analyst experienced in MySQL, PHP and it’s Frameworks, Integration and Mobile App development using Flutter to interface between product owner and development team. The role requires to gather requirements, manage product backlog and work with the development team to build high quality software. This role doesn’t require you to code but review it for quality. I’m looking for an individual and not an agency.
