Thanks for your interest friends. However this bid request is published because of a bug in RAC, which automagically publishes uncompleted / unpublished / trash bid requests. This happens me the 2nd time, and should be fixed by the RAC team in order to prevent killing time of sellers. When you begin a bid request, and you change your idea after the first step, before completing it, you don't have an option to delete it. The system says, and sends you an email telling that if you don't complete the request in a time period, it will be automatically deleted.
