Create an Explainer Video for My Screen Printing Website - Animated/Cartoon-style

I need to have an animated video created that I will display on my website. I think term for the style we want is an Explainer "Animated/Cartoon-style" Video.

I have included a script for the video and I will send some images I would like to include in the video (we can edit colors to fit the final video if needed). The animated video should be less than 90 seconds long with good visual representation of the script. If you have any edits or tips for the above I am open to suggestions.
The script will need to be performed with a clear American English accent. If this isn't possible, I can have the voice-over completed from another resource and I can send you the voice-over.
The video should be produced per the "recommended upload encoding settings" for 1080p format specifications for [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]).
I would like the video completed by December 22, 2015.
