1) Using the sb admin template (provide github source code url) create a login page.
2) After successful login, a user home page will be displayed with a dynamic site map (i.e left side menu navigation is based on json provided by server)
3) Each sitemap item tell its parent menu if any, menu item name and angular template to render its content and menu item content REST url
4) In addition, the menu item json contains REST link to related information that's specific to that menu item
5) Actions list will be supplied in Json format as follows

6) For development purpose, a sample json files can be used, All server side funtionality will be implemented by ourselves.
