It is simple app where user register and doctor signup and submit details and after admin approval doctor profile is active .... patient have the option to chat audio , video , text chat on app but before doing it , they have to make payment locally and then upload transaction id on app ,, and admin accept it if he receive that payment and then chat ( audio , video , txt ) is started.. i can explain the good developer who have at-least 80% of this thing already done only bid if you have ready made solution and needs some minor adjustment to fulfil my needs. i dont want someone to start from scratch , there are ready made opensource code available as well. budget is 350 and deadline in 5 [login to view URL] you have read all details use the word mario so i can be sure you have read it A freelancer has already wasted my 9 days . So when you bid make sure i wil create milestone but payment will be released on launch . I have already been scam thrice here when freelancer sent me the design and i paid and they refused to do the development so that design was of no use to me.
