Developer needed to Edit the Source Code and Add some idea for Social and Business Media for Android ,iOS & Web

Do not waste your time, either mine! ***********I wish you guys can Develop with Google Flutter ( Dart) Platform -as it will save your time!!!!!!!!!! I need a Social & Business media Website (I got the source code/ an extended version of a Social Network application which is built in Android Studio. The server side is built on object oriented php with a MySQL database. Includes 3 Platforms- namely: a). Website, b). Android, c). IOS; It is based on .apk, .dex, .dat, .db, .java, .xml, Layered PSD, Layered PNG, JavaScript JS, CSS, PHP, HTML – details can be found at [login to view URL]). Mainly you have to connect the Business media with the Grocery & POS, also you need to connect app with QR code which will give the customers point’s proper calculation. Also need to add other Services & Utility Services etc. with the said Source Code. For Social media Part- you can use it and edit it. But for business Media you need to edit the source code and add something more. Also you need includes below mentioned things as Plugins or relevant things –as you think fit and proper. At theme there is already an option that is call Market (Can be found from Menu option @ app) [login to view URL] - (Get it from Google Play & App Store) Check & copy it- I need all the data as available in Chaldal. For Utility with the Grocery at same apps but make separate wings or Also make a copy or similar of Sheba.xyz. Thus, you also advise me about plugins and need to send me the total list including Play Store Launching + Cloud Service etc.= Total Cost( Approx.) . I will buy whatever you need for this app- let me know with the total list. Just rewrite the code again. But remember I will not buy all the plugin’s extended versions. I already have social part’s (the source code ) Extended version and for other I will buy regular versions. So it is your job to do proper work and give me proper advice to buy proper thing that can be fit at theme or whatever just add all of them together and make it workable. I mean that it should be workable at mobile( as apps ios & Android) and as well as at web.
