Build a server-less website in AWS

In particular recent days I have built small React app to upload images (that was one of AWS VOD system), videos. S3 and lambda & stepfunctions were used. Hi, I have extensive experience with AWS S3 and other AWS services. Few questions/considerations: Does app require user to be signed up and signed in to upload content? How many files a user can upload at once? Will the files be uploaded to a private bucket or a public bucket where they are visible to everybody? If uploaded to a private bucket is there a concept of sharing involved by the owner? How many maximum concurrent users will be uploading files at a certain time? Few? 100s? 1000s? Will there be multiple files being uploaded at once by a single user? Or one by one? Does the upload/download require pause/resume/retry/progress functionalities? Is there a concept of event in the app and all files uploaded will always be associated with an event? Is there a concept of an album to organize files into groups? Is there a concept of tagging involved to group files semantically and search by tag? Does the app require file/image viewer or they'll only be viewed after download? Is there any thumbnail generation and display involved in the app? Please answer and we can go from there. Thanks. Asif
