Build, Deploy, Document sample container app on AWS with Web page comm. with server: .NET 5, & MS-SQL in PH

I am developing a Blazor WebAssembly app. that will communicate with a web server running .NET 5 and talk to MS-SQL. I want to deploy this in the Philippines. I feel my best option is probably to deploy as container on AWS since they supposedly now have a host location there. However, I am option to other options. The key is that my bandwidth requirements will be low at first but grow in time. I want my hosting fees to reflect that. I am not familiar with AWS and don't have time to learn it. So I hope to find someone who is familiar with it or who knows of another good hosting option in the Philippines can demonstrate a simple project, build, deploy, document it describing any issues I need to consider, and train me so I can deploy my project. The project you build should include a web page that pulls data from a database on the server. It should include two tables with a master - detail relationship. Ideally this will be built in Blazor AWS on the front end with C# REST Web Services using Dapper on the back end. However, if you are not familiar with Blazor and want to use ASP.Net Razor Pages that is acceptable. If you recommend another server environment, that may be acceptable if you can show reasonable hosting options available in the Philippines and you are able to provide enough documentation and training so I could know enough to deploy my own project. I don't have a huge amount of time to learn new things which is why I created this project. I need you to help me get up and going so I can get to building out my Blazor app ASAP. I have my DB design done and am now stuck finding a good deployment option that will work in the PH. Godaddy now has hosting there with Plesk but they said that it doesn't support .NET 5 which I need. I have 30+ years of software engineering and am pretty familiar with developing in Blazor WebAssembly talking to MS Web Services (REST) in C#. I have some experience with other MS technologies. I am not familiar with deploying to containers. Your sample app can be anything that will clearly show how to build and deploy something to the chosen environment that lets a user interact with data from a database. It can be as simple as two pages with no login. To clarify, the goal of this project is NOT for you to demonstrate your sample app running but to TRAIN ME how to do the same so I can repeat for my own project. You will need to have proven experience with the technology you recommend and propose to demonstrate. I have managed developers for decades so am pretty experienced with figuring out who can really do what they say.
