We are seeking a part-time administrative assistant to administer various marketing campaigns, including our Craigslist marketing campaign. You would be responsible for administering and managing our various listings on Craigslist, as well as our database.
Employment Type: Part-time, work from home
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the promotional ads to potential clients
Timely renewals to assure consistent advertising
Help develop strategies to maximize sales, revenues and profits
Monitor and respond to online responses via email
Conduct daily research of new opportunities for our services
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Must have a working computer/laptop that is capable of setting up email accounts to respond to email leads accordingly.
Experience using Craigslist as well as a strong understanding of the general rules and marketplace knowledge for the platform
Willingness to be trained
Strong understanding of Craigslist processes and requirements must be developed
Must be organized, detail oriented and able to take direction
Proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Ability to quickly identify problems and formulate solutions with other team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines regularly
Ability to multi-task
Exceptional work ethic, self-starter
