We are small business looking for a CPA to assist us in making the transition from cash to accrual based accounting. The same person must be able to prepare and timely file 2017 returns (Federal and two states). Ideally you will file entity returns (LLC w/S Corp election) as well as individual returns for both owners (we are a two person company). Must have experience working in Xero and with inventory-based businesses. Attention to detail and responsiveness are key for us - we want you to be a part of our team and there is an opportunity for continuing consulting work after successful completion of initial project. Compensation for initial project will be a flat fee commensurate with experience, timing and final agreed scope.
