Amazon API Prices

Requires someone with Amazon API experience.

The project is to create an XML template for a feed. The fields in the template are: Price, Sales Price, Sale Start Date (calculated as today-1), Sale End Date (Start + 365), Quantify On Hand.

The template will be used on most Amazon sites for price changes and currency conversion. We already have the PHP scripts to create the feeds from the template.

If you have worked on the Amazon API, this project should take 10-30 minutes because you should be able to use an existing feed to create the template. I would not expect to be billed for more than a couple of hours. I have experience with the Junglee API, which is a division of Amazon in India. Unfortunately it is different from the Amazon API. If I had the time I'd learn enough of the API to do the project myself, but I do have a reasonable grasp of the work involved.

I should have given more guidance on the deliverable. That's what I get for posting the project from my phone. :-)

I adapted the aforementioned Junglee template to provide a clear example of what I need. Here's the example template:

Notes on the template:
1. The header (version):
a. Change to the Amazon header if necessary.
b. There may be additional header requirements such as company code or marketplace. If marketplace is required, any European or North America (except US) would be an okay choice.

2. The items inside the [[double brackets]] are the variables that will be filled-in by our PHP script. Change the xml tags to the Amazon name. The only product ID is SKU. Amazon may use more. Please note any ID that is optional.

3. Ignore the contents of start and end date. Please just change the xml tag if necessary.

4. There is no footer in the template. If the Amazon template has one, please add it.

There may be details that I missed. When the template is delivered, I will validate it by creating a simple feed with one product.
