Dear Designer
I attach my brief for my website.
I am looking for a designer to build a template for my site. the designer must understand my business plan and must be committed to helping me realize my vision.
If you are interested please read the word document entitled "1.doc" and then see the image file "2.gif". Please do not bid without first reading the files that I have attached.
As you will see I have divided the project into three phases. At this point I am only looking for someone to carry out phase 1 (template design). If you are interested in this project please give me a quote for phase 1 of the brief. If you feel that you can do phase 2 (website development) as well then we can discuss but for now phase 1 is my priority.
I expect bids for phase 1 to be between 100$ and 350$. And phase 2 should cost about the same.
