ASP.NET : Validate XML data against schema VB.NET - FW 1.1-VS 2003

Hi all, We are starting an ASP.NET project to create XML file following strict rules with data from an ASP.NET (textbox, dropdown box, datagrid...). In order to start it I am posting a small project: Validate XML file against the schema in ASP.NET framework 1.1 using VB.NET. The instruction, sample, and test data is available. I am looking for a long-term relationship with an expertized ASP.NET developer who should be able to use VB.NET for Framework 1.1 in Visual Studio [login to view URL] project is just a place-holder so you should place a bid at minimum amount. Besides ASP.NET and XML skills, I'd like to contact with the developer frequently via YM when wee need to exchange info and train him about the business rule applied in the applications.
