I have done a project on getafreelancer that the project is to convert a JAVA game to flash game identically ;I believe your task is similar to my previous job, but this time is convert a desktop application to flash projector application. I'm interested with this project, but I 'll like to consider the possibility for this conversion because flash have much limitations such that flash cannott fulfil some functions of the original desktop program(e.g. Flash always does not allow to create new file on local system...etc). For fair estimation for the possibility and time required, I need more information about your original source code or your original application. Good Luck.
