Create .jason file for X Theme template

PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW HOW TO CREATE .JASON FILES WITH WORDPRESS X THEME !!! Need a .jason file for the wordpress X THEME created with supporting files & images to replicate the template http://www. template monster. com/demo/[login to view URL] "we should be be able to load the .jason file and supporting images and have a site looking pretty close the mentioned template. would suggest you have a working copy of X theme to build the site and save us the .jason for us to load, test and accept.
