Add Header Design to Website

Hi, I require a header insertion for my site. I'm hoping somebody can please help as i don't think this is too difficult (apparently, this was too hard for programmer mhanif, who removed the original header/logo before he quit) So, here's as much info as I can provide: The website is tractionmag.ca. The header is already designed. It is 1616 x 141. While I can upload a 960 x 110 header myself in Wordpress CMS, I cannot include the left & right portions of this long header. I have designed the 1616x141 long header so that the middle portion with graphic is centred exactly 960x110. The theme also includes a white Twitter bar above the header. Attached is the header, and also the final proof (how it should look). If you can do this job, please contact me. I'm hoping it's quick and simple. 1 hr tops. Thanks.
