Add a gmaps.js map marker for each WordPress post

I need some jquery help integrating a bunch of map markers onto a [login to view URL] map. All of the latitudes/longitudes come from published WordPress post meta. I need you to add one map marker for each WordPress post. When a marker is clicked the user should be taken to the post permalink for that post.
