Create a new blog

Description I need a wordpress blog for a used automotive expert service to launch asap. I have a website & this blog is to drive extra traffic from social networks, mainly will integrate with facebook. Need 2-column sleek design, such as [login to view URL] Features needed : -Easy upload for video entries (likely from a Flip camera) -Standard written/pic & embed entries -Twitter RSS follow box (the small box where you can read actual entries) -A survey monkey widget linking to an online survey and fwd traffic to sponser (i.e my business website) -Pop-up registration form for comments on the blog - this must be separate from wordpress registration so that we are collecting email addresses in our specific community. We would like this functionality: Request first name, last name, age, city, country email - and generate a username instead of allowing to choose their own username. So - firstname and first letter of lastname (ex: karenb) -A calendar icon (like a little twitter box) to allow the community to follow along as there will be an event scheduled every day (easy click/see - color-coded?)
