Carrier signal in Matlab

The overview of this project is to create a subcarrier signal in time domain using MATLAB and show it like in the document attached. There are several steps with equations specified in the document. The code must be following these equations. Bidders should have good Matlab knowledge, math and DSP. Bid must be less than 3 days (if it takes too long, it means you don't have a clue about the DSP or MATLAB). I won't tolerate misleading random multiplication or any cheat in the code just to make the graph looks right.
