Create a Event Calendar Application for windows 10 -- 2

I am a member of a registered charity in Australia and we run different events all through the year on a day by day and week by week basis. these are hosted by members. On some days there might be only one event and other days there might be multiple events headed up by a different person each event. What I am wanting, is a way to record into a simple visual calendar these events so we can have a quick visual idea of what has happened over a year. (a history log basically) The emphasis is on the persons more than the events so therefore the event is colored to suit the event but displays the person who ran the event. (if there is more than one person doing the same event through the day then we enter the event again under they name. Only the date is needed to be recorded not time. I would also like have some filtering available that removes or isolates the events of person names from the visual graph so it can be drilled down. The days are displayed down the left axis that match the day in the month axis i.e. the 1st of the month may be a Tuesday. please see the notes on the screen shots of the application visual guide i have put together. I would like this to be a windows App using online database like google docs or similar so the database can be opened in multiple locations at the same time. the application should update or have a refresh option .. not much traffic would be recording and risk of overlap is seriously next to nil. as we would have one responsible person entering data. I would like to get some examples of users experience before hiring.
