C# SQLBulkCopy to Postgresql Table

We have an generic ODBC database (actually using **Faircom/c-tree Plus ODBC Driver**, but that is not important) and a PostgreSQL server. We'd like to write some software to copy the schema and contents of one of the tables in the ODBC database to a new table in the PostgreSQL server. We want the code to be in C#. One method we have explored is explained here: [login to view URL] This project is to write the code that can do such a copy (perhaps by using the CodeProject instructions as a base). The deliverable is a Solution (either Visual Studio or SharpDevelop) that can accomplish such a task. Coder is responsible for setting up their own ODBC table and PostgresSQL server on their development system. There is no requirement of installation, but just providing code that works.
