Create Windows Forms Program

I need to create a windows forms project that will read a bunch of links from the sql express database and then visit each link, parse the content and search for certain url and anchor text and write them back to the database. It should also record if the link is not reachable. Note: The detail requirements like screen fields will be given to the selected developer, please read the requirements carefully and ask any questions. If you understand the requirements please respond with a few sentences on how you will implement this. Also the database will be supplied, all you have to do is to query against it. ## Deliverables Note that the configuration file should contain the connection string, number of threads, site connection timeout etc. The .net framework targeted will be .net 3.5. The UI screen should not lock down and should show the status of all the threads and how much work is done and how much is left. It can be exited at any time by closing the window.
