Create a Cash Register counter

I need a small software package built to count our cash register at the end of the day. It would require a couple of failry simple math formulas. I will include an image of what it should look like. ## Deliverables Cash Register Counter I need someone to create a simple mathematical formula to count the end of the day cash register for a bar and restaurant. This program needs to be able to be installed on a stand alone computer, it can be web based but must be useable offline and not accessible on the internet. The program needs to start with $300 in the register and you will need to be able to put in how many 20, 10, 5, 1 are in the register in addition to .25 and rolls of .25. More information of what I mean on enclosed image. Same thing for the restaurants but I need it to have .10, .05, and .01 Please note, I would like these to be on separate pages. At the end of the day, I need a place to input the total amount of the register by an individual inputting in the number of 100, 50, 20, 10 5, 1 etc and the total of the credit card receipts (I will also need about 30 fields to input the different credit receipts to add up all the receipts for the day and put into the total) Then I need the program then to take out the total for the day and put back in the $300 but I will need it to count out the downward up. Meaning I need to make sure that I have more 1 dollar bills than 20 dollar bills. I will then need two reports. One that tells how many bills of each and how much is in the bank bag and the other will be a report that tells the amount of bills in the cash drawer again this has to equal $300. if it doesn't not the missing money should be taken off the money going in the bank bag. There will need to be a dropdown box for the location of the job, name of the person counting the cash, day, date and time this report was made. The report should Location, Name, day, date and time of report and the total cash counted in the drawer always equals 300. and again should be counted lowest to highest. Keeping the lowest amount of bills in the drawer. I am not certain if this is possible within the scope but also a way to go back into the history and search back notes
