Betfair API bot

Simple Betfair bot required. Needs to load a specified market, then place a lay bet for each competitor in an event in that market at a predetermined time before the event starts. The bot needs to reload the market every few hours to keep refreshing itself so that it can keep running with no user interference. Must use the free API and be efficient in the number of calls it makes as there is a strict limit in the number of calls per hour. Bot only needs a simple user interface of start, stop, change a few parameters
