C# HTTP/HTTPS Proxy Server

Hello, I need a HTTP and HTTPS only proxy server in c# that can work: 1) on a production server and have good high load performance (serve 100 simultaneous connections). One of good start points is "[login to view URL]". 2) on a client machine as debugging proxy server like "[login to view URL]" and/or "[login to view URL]". It also must have an ability to debug HTTPS by using the "man in the middle" methods.
