Hi There, You are adding products in to magento using custom script from an external source using XML or CSV, etc. But for each product your script is not adding images from external sources to magento product image. I've worked with this before. During my last project I pulled record from external supplier XML add added those product into magento. So, I am confident in doing this. And I can do this in 1 day. i have solutions for it , you can make 1 php script and run by command line or web browser. the solutions is get all product gallery images, and you can choose 1st image to use for base, thumb, small. pls contact me via skypeId: vna_typn , i can do it right now.
