create a movie website

I need a movie website to be designed, built and hosted. The functionality should include: 1) registration ability/creation of profile 2) access to local movie listings by zip code/ city, state/etc. 3) the ability to indicate that you would like to attend a local movie 4) the ability to browse user profiles and sort by interest i'll need site design (with input from me on ideas) as well as spots for banner ads i'd also like the functionality to be able to link in with an established movie ticket purchasing website more details to be communicated upon selection.
