Creation of WebSite Template using Google Material Design

I need a WebSite Template using Google Material Design principles ([login to view URL]) and its stylesheet with the following pages: 1. Home (Landing page using Parallax. Five sections: Navigation bar fixed, Banner Slider, Features section, Location - Gmaps, Footer); 2. Login Form Page; 3. Products Page; 3. Basic Content Page. Important: 1. The top navigation must be present on all pages. 2. The top navigation must have a space for logo on the left side, and menu links on the right side. Would be nice if menu links had wave effect on click, from Material Design. 3. The template must be responsive. For small resolutions, the side navigation must appear. 4. The template must be made using html5 tags. 5. The colors are represented in attachment. 6. The slider images and logo, could be ficticious. I will change it later. 7. The html must be very comphreenshive and have a good identation 8. The main idea is something SIMILAR (Not necessary equal) [login to view URL] website. 9. In a second moment, I will need other parts of the WebSite, like Admin Pages, etc. Very thank you.
