Correct a Front Page Error (Small Job)

I recently - changed the '[login to view URL]' -- on my website - now -- none of the Frames come on the site... therefore - there are no links/ contact info and so on -- the hosting site - has the 'frames/or boarders' intact -- I just need someone to re-insert them into the navagator (or wherever they go..) then publish the site. So that it is back to normal - Im sure anyone versed in MSFront Page could do this in less than 20Mins ... the website is [login to view URL] (u will see no upper/left/and bottom pane..)
