Convert a Template to a Website

Hi .... i have bought appthemes from [login to view URL] and some plugins from them ... i need to get some developments to these themes: The themes that i need to develop: classipress - hirebee - taskerr - vantage - jobroller - qualitycontrol 1/Making child themes to all those themes with the same layouts and design. 2/One sign up and sign in accounts : i mean for example when a user wants to sign up in classipress there is no need to signs up to other page. Or if a user wants to sign in to jobboard and wants to use another page,there is no need to sign in again. 3/Making classipress the main page for my project and making main menus to jobboard,taskerr,hirebee and vantage . 4/Making a link to qualitycontrol (changing name to " support") in the footer. 5/Making a main user dashboard with all informations and features of all pages: Manages profile - Payments - Memberships Works - Ads - Events - Reviews I mean all themes dashboards in one dashboard The dashboard design similar to: [login to view URL] 6/Making links with icons at the top of all pages: Notifications - messages - favorites 7/Allowing users to subscribe in a membership or paying fixed price or percentage. 8/Users not allowed to upload a personal image to their dashboard or profile. 9/Adding these functions to all themes: chatting - user online/offline - comments - reviews featured listings - slider to classifieds like : [login to view URL] 10/Activate gate2paly([login to view URL]) + PayPal 11/Making an advanced search engine in the main page. It's related to all pages and anyone needs to search anything in the website , he can find it via this search engine.
