I've integrated templates earlier so that should not be a problem and I like to make my work unique, I would make the required changes to graphics and images after discussion and as per requirement. I am a new freelancer but that won't affect the quality of the work and as stated in your terms, I don't want a single penny if my work is not satisfactory.
