I need to create a website that consists of a database of potential nannies to match to parents. Each nanny will have a profile that consists of a photo, as well as detailed information about them. The database should be searchable by parents, and they should be able to search on a number of criteria including whether the sitter is available during the times that they need, whether they have police check and first aid training and the age of the children the nannies are able to work with. It would be nice if degree of a match for a nanny could be calculated for the parents as well. I'm also interested in finding about what the cost would be to have a video interview for each nanny about 90 seconds in duration to see whether I would be able to include this feature. There should also be a place for parents to post jobs where sitters could apply, hopefully only those sitters that have a particular degree of match to the parents profile could respond.
