need a one page website. its going to be hosted on my hostgator account. its basically a 3 part webpage 1)top left corner logo 2)video background (switchable between 2 videos from youtube and 1 live camera stream 3)bottom bar bottom bar will hold a playlist/player with cover arts on its left and on the right there will be a 4 channel sound mixer (4 sound loops) UI is already designed and it is in psd format [login to view URL] to sum i need a psd-to-html expert freelancer -who can use the UI provided on the player script and sound controls -video background script with live stream availability
