I want to you to develop a bulk email and sms sending web app/site. Features required : 1. send email & sms (to one recipient). 2. send email & sms (to multiple recipients). 3. User should be able to select users either from contact list or manually enter their email ids/numbers. 4. in a similar way user should be able to select message content from templates or manually enter content. ( I will provide you the template categories and template contents) 5. email/sms sent log must be maintained in the database. 6. Eye catching Web Design required.
