Build a Simple and static pre Sales Website

Its something simple. Without bussines code. I need a site to promote one course that I want to sell but I will not use the site as a platform for sale and access for the course, only as a exhibition page. The site must have one countdown to the date of the release. The page must have a space for promotion videos, comments can be inserted and the only bussiness logical that must have is that the user could put their email and it will be automatically answered and put in a mail list for use in the future. When the countdown reset it will appear the url address for the sale site (I will use hotmart for it), and after a while I want to stop the sales and put the countdown again. Whe the countdown reset will appear some payment options. Like two or three. One price for each date. Priciest as soon the date of beggining As a list a want to display the contents of the course in two or three columns when the user rolldown the page.
