Build an Online Store using Wordpress and woocommerce similar to the grommet.com

Hello I need a freelancer in order to build an ecommerce website using wordpress and woocommerce. The website will have the same logic and flow like the www.thegrommet.com. wich means 1. this will be a multivendor store. 2. There must be a post that presents every product and then it will connect to one ore more variations of the product (woocommerce items) 3. The website will be in two languages using (WPML) our company will provite all the html and css files for the design, also all payed plugins for the project. Freelancers must have experience in Wordpress and Woocommerce.
