Please read the document carefully. we will not buy any plugin/extension, developer need to take care of inclusive cost and making it placed with latest magento version i.e. v2 we will need full backend training as well for upto 3-5 days, full training to manage. the project should be build with continuous feedback from us on the run, so that we remain in same page. this should be done upgraded to latest magento 2 which will be released in coming month. plus there should be provision of 2-3 months to fix bugs
