I want to create a Bitcoin betting website. I need someone who is good in both design, and functionality. The website would mimic this site:

The only difference is that it would be using bitcoin to bet instead of virtual items.

I would like to work-out a deal, since I cannot provide money in my current situation. I can maintain the site once it's finished, and from there on out you'll receive 30% of the profits it makes.
