My completed site will allow photo's to be uploaded and automatically turned into picture perfect sketches of any subject matter in either b/w or colour and sent in jpeg format to a printer that will print the sketch into a wall poster, the whole procedure must be fully automated. I would also add there would be 4/5 different poster sizes available.
The winning bidder must be fully competent on integrating a top quality sketch app into the web site and have the skills to either write the software programme if needed and this must be compatible for all computers,laptops mobiles etc
I am not computer literate, but know exactly what I need, to make this site functional and efficient. I would also need to know the time span to produce this site.
The first thing the winning bidder would have to produce is the quality of the photo to sketch drawing they are integrating into the web site, as the success of the site rely's totally on the quality of the finished drawing
