I would like to know more about your project, I have looked at search engines you provided in description If you provide list of criterias it will be easy to do, skype calling durring project definition is very important, also to note do you have a presentation defining what tasks to perform you require from freelanceer? what server your site runs on(PHP;.NET; etc...) will require initial milestone for at least 25%
