Creation of Australian Company Registration Website and App

I am looking to establish both a website and app that enables customers to register companies in Australia. In many ways this website and app will resemble [url removed, login to view]
It is likely that the programmer would need to first build the website, then build a section or page which connected to ASIC ([url removed, login to view]) with an API, checked the name availability, then bounced back to the website with a result. Then if that result was available it would offer it to the customer to purchase it, accept credit card details through a payment gateway system, and then connect back to the ASIC system with an API and inform ASIC of the registration.
I note that [url removed, login to view] offer an API with their Pro account (allowing you to become a reseller) and that means you don't have to build your own API. I am not sure how much a Pro account would cost but this would make things a lot easier for your programmer. See full details here;
